Retrieve deleted files

Hi,

 

Can I retrieve deleted files that I uploaded on June 16, 2026?

Welcome to Box Community, and we will assist in retrieving your deleted file! 

Instead of the date your file was uploaded, do you remember when it was deleted?

 

Note : deleted files can stay in trash up to 30 days, but can still vary depending on the file owner’s trash policy. Once deleted from trash, the Box Product Support team only have 14-day grace period to restore them in the backend.
