Unable to upgrade my plan

We are trying to upgrade our plan and there is a payment error, it asks to verify all fields again or contact support. We tried multiple cards and the same error occurs. 

Please advise on how we may proceed.

Hello, im using Box peronal (free) account and i want to upgrate to a Box Business account. However when filling all data i get a reacuring notification:

An error occurred while processing your request.
We were unable to process your request. Please ensure all fields are filled in correctly and try again, or visit support.box.com for further assistance.


Please help how i can upgrade my account

We’re not seeing anything on our end that would block your email or prevent the upgrade from going through. It may help to try upgrading again using an incognito/private window or a different browser, as this can sometimes resolve unexpected errors.

There was an error processing your request.

Your account needs further verification, when trying to upgrade. The suggested workaround doesn’t work, texting support via the floating live widget, I only get a bot that says I should submit a ticket, and I don’t see that.
