Unable to upgrade my plan

We are trying to upgrade our plan and there is a payment error, it asks to verify all fields again or contact support. We tried multiple cards and the same error occurs. 

Please advise on how we may proceed.

Hello, im using Box peronal (free) account and i want to upgrate to a Box Business account. However when filling all data i get a reacuring notification:

An error occurred while processing your request.
We were unable to process your request. Please ensure all fields are filled in correctly and try again, or visit support.box.com for further assistance.


Please help how i can upgrade my account

We’re not seeing anything on our end that would block your email or prevent the upgrade from going through. It may help to try upgrading again using an incognito/private window or a different browser, as this can sometimes resolve unexpected errors.

There was an error processing your request.

Your account needs further verification, when trying to upgrade. The suggested workaround doesn’t work, texting support via the floating live widget, I only get a bot that says I should submit a ticket, and I don’t see that.

I see multiple people have created threads on this in the past year, but cant see a solution, I need to upgrade for extra space but the app keeps saying this. Has anyone found a solution to this?

Hello everyone, can you advise how to resolve this issue? After I select the most expensive plan and try to pay for it, I get an error telling me to contact technical support. I expected this error to go away after some time, but I keep encountering it consistently. Since I need to work with a large volume of data, I specifically need this subscription. What are the possible ways to resolve this problem?

Hi, 

I am trying to upgrade my account but when I try to pay I get an error… see screenshot. 

But that link does not have an option to submit a ticket - nor can I find one anywhere. 

This is somewhat urgent - and also somewhat frustrating. please advise.

Hello, when I try to create a new account, I always get an “error processing your request” message. They do not specify the type of error, and I have entered all the required information. What should I do?

I have tried 4 different cards to press billing through and was given an error message that my account needs more verification. 

Anyone else run into this?

I paid for the Box storage upgrade but an error message pops up. All it says is “go to community.box for help” with no information on what the error could be. Again, it’s paid for so I really need to figure this out because $80/yr is a lot if I can’t even use it.

We upgrade to Business plan Annually 3 users but

There was an error processing your request.
Error 100 - We cannot process your request at this time, further verification is needed. Please submit a billing support ticket and include the error code for further assistance.

と何度もなる。
解決方法、またアップグレードの方法を教えてほしい

I’m trying to upgrade from the free version and restore my account, but I can’t complete the upgrade. Even after entering the required information, I keep seeing the following error message:

 

“An error occurred while processing your request.

 

Error 400 – We are currently unable to process your request. Additional verification is required. If you need assistance, please submit a support ticket regarding your payment and include the error code.”

Please let me know how to resolve this issue and continue with the upgrade.
