I want to move files from AWS S3 bucket to Box folder. Is there any way to transfer files using workflow or box integration with AWS S3 bucket?

Blacked-Out Documents

All of the Word and PDF documents that I have in my various Box folders are blacked-out when I try to view them.  What can I do to fix this problem?  Thanks for any suggestions! Mike

Manage User email address

Managed Users email address no longer a valid email address.  Tried to update but input new email incorreclty and it is still waitng for verification.   Went  to edit with correct email address and receive a  message stating that an account already exists for that email.  How do I fix the primary email address?

Create an user via API

Hello,I'm creating an user via .NET SDK (boxClient.Users.CreateUserAsync method) but user is being created with different email address. In the body request I'm setting email as <personal information-redacted> but in the result I'm getting something like "AppUser_2317968_daP2ZOIUIW@boxdeveditition.com". Can you prevent windows users from saving files locally in folders they are not allowed to modify?

We keep having problems with users using Box Drive on Windows who forget what folders they are allowed to save files to.  E.g. they  edit a file in, or save a file to, a folder that they only have viewer access to.  The file IS saved, and Box does flag an error, but most users don’t understand the error and/or ignore it.  The file is resident on the local disk of that user but it is not uploaded to the Box cloud, not available to others, etc.It would be helpful if the write permission to such a folder was denied, i.e. if the user were to get an error on the save that said “you can’t write here”, then they’d be aware of the error and could go and save their file wherever it is that they are supposed to be putting it.  Is there any way to do this using the permissions in Box Drive?  Question for both Windows or MAC.  Thank you for any suggestions!

Access token without time limit

I have problem about Access Token, I am trying to use Box API to upload file to box drive from other web, the problem is  access tokens expire after 60min. And my app was built for normal User who don’t know how to get Access Token.Is there a work around about it ? Or is there anyway I can make that process to be automatic ?! My company have box drive Account paid version, Can that give me unexpired token !?

Unable to create a Box API connection using client ID and client secret

I am fairly new to Box Java API. I am trying to use the BoxAPIConnection API to get a connection to Box using client id and secret.
