Here’s how it works:

  1. Secure, Native Integration: TMC’s client-facing forms are hosted on a Force.com page, making them 100% Salesforce-native.

  2. Automatic File Management with Box: To enhance file organization, uploaded documents are auto-synced to designated Box folders through API calls.

  3. Dynamic Loan-Specific Portals: Each loan record comes with a unique upload portal URL, enabling both TMC staff and clients to attach necessary documents. These uploads are dynamically linked back to the Salesforce record and Box, creating a streamlined, end-to-end solution.

By combining the functionalities of Formstack, Salesforce, and Box, TMC Financing has enhanced efficiency, reduced manual errors, and ensured top-tier security for their SBA 504 loan operations.
