How recover a user that was deleted

By error an user was deleted from the admin console, how I can recover the USer?

To resolve, you need to open a support case with Box Product Support and provide the deleted user's name, email, and the date they were deleted (request must come from the main admin account or the co‑admin who performed the deletion). Click here to fill out the request form if you are unable to submit a ticket.


Our Product Support can help recovering the deleted account.


Important post‑recovery notes: recovered users do not automatically get back their previous collaborations or folder permissions — deletions remove the person from associated folders for security reasons, so you must re‑add them to folders.

How do i open a ticket to Box Product Support team.

I’m trying to recover deleted user from my Box Drive for an access.

However, the web says to open a ticket. When I click the hyperlink for opening a ticket, it leads me to go to Box Community, which I think it’s not the right place to post 1)name of the user 2)email of the user and 3)date they were deleted.

Could you let me know where to open a ticket for this?

If you’re not yet seeing the option to submit a support ticket, please use the request form here. You may also inform our Support team that your support channels (e.g., submit‑ticket option) are not appearing on your end.
