Hello. I can not change my current regular account to developer account. AFAIK to change the account to developer, i need to register again with the same credentials, but this does not work. What’s the problem?

I’m afraid you cannot convert your regular free personal account or upgrade it into a developer account. If you need developer capabilities, you must sign up for a dedicated Box Developer Account (which has a separate signup and login experience) or upgrade your existing personal account to a Business plan or higher to gain access to developer sandboxes and the Platform Console.
