Login error: invalid login credentials

Estou com problema para fazer um login de uma conta. Coloco senha e email corretamente, mas aparece credenciais de login inválidas. Preciso de ajuda!!!!

This error typically occurs when the email or password entered is incorrect. Please note that passwords are case-sensitive. If you're having trouble logging in, we recommend resetting your password. You can do so by visiting: https://app.box.com/reset.

  • Password reset links sent via email expire 3 hours after they are sent. If you need a new link after your current one has expired, visit https://app.box.com/reset to have another link emailed to you.
  • If you do not receive an email from Box for this password reset, verify whether your Box account is associated with that specific email address or another email address.
  • Check the spam folder in your email client for this email.


For further assistance with login, please submit a support ticket.

Boxサポートへのチケット送信は以下の手順で行えます:

Boxサポートサイト にアクセス
最初のドロップダウンで 「Product Issue(製品の問題)」 を選択
次に 「Box Shuttle」 を選択してチケットを送信(英語での対応となります)


But I can not find[Product Issue]. 

And I can not find[Box Shuttle].
