Hi. When I try to log in to Box, it tells me my password has expired and I need to reset it. I clicked the link sent to my email to reset, successfully changed it, but then it takes me right back to the reset password screen and will not allow me to log in using the new password. This has happened multiple times. I’ve also tried going back to the home page and clicking log in again, but it takes me back to the reset password screen. Can you please assist?

Could you please try the following preliminary troubleshooting steps:
- Please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies
- Please try disabling any plugins on your browser
- Confirm with your IT team that your network and firewall have been configured according to our documentation here.
- Try using different browser or try using incognito
Once done you may try to reset the password by following below steps:
To reset your Box password:
- Navigate to https://app.box.com/reset and enter the email address associated with your Box account.
- Click or tap Reset Password.
- Box sends you an email that contains a link to reset your password.
- Password reset links sent via email expire 3 hours after they are sent. If you need a new link after your current one has expired, visit https://app.box.com/reset to have another link emailed to you.
- If you do not receive an email from Box for this password reset, check to see if your Box account is associated with that specific email address or another email address.
- Also, check the spam folder in your email client, as it may have been sorted there by mistake.
