Hi everyone, thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Earlier today, some users experienced intermittent issues loading the “All Files” page and subfolders in the Box Web App. Our team investigated the cause and implemented the necessary fixes.
The incident has now been fully resolved (see status here), and Box Web App functionality has been restored.
