Difficult when you are the IT and also get the same message as multiple users are receiving

“Oops! Something went wrong. Please contact your IT administrator if you continue to run into this issue”

Yes, we are all getting the same message

AWS is down and has taken half of the Internet with it.  Check status.box.com and downdetector.com for more information.

It’s back up for me in Arizona

Its coming up and down but mostly up.  Where we are still seeing issues is in drilling down through structures but we are at a mostly stable position now.

Hi everyone, thank you for bringing this to our attention.


Earlier today, some users experienced intermittent issues loading the “All Files” page and subfolders in the Box Web App. Our team investigated the cause and implemented the necessary fixes.


The incident has now been fully resolved (see status here), and Box Web App functionality has been restored.
