Hi! I am trying to transfer admin rights to my colleague, but when I open the link in the e-mail I get, the following message occurs: "You do not have the authority to confirm this admin transfer". What could be wrong here?
Box did not update successfully on my computer. The message said that I sent my logs successfully to Box, and to “open a support case” so someone could follow up with me.
I deleted lots of files and emptied the TRASH and still BOX says I am at the 10GB capacity and does not let me upload any more files. HELP!!!!!!!
Hi there One of my colleagues is unable to log in to Box currently. He is being asked for the code from the authenticator app but does not have Box set up in his Authenticator app. He usually receives a code via email to log in, but that changed last week to a request to access the Authenticator app. ThanksMarc

I was hoping for a simple workflow like this: Upload a pdf from my PC to box.com Open the pdf on my iPad from within the Box app and sign it Go back to my PC to download the signed pdf and print it.Sadly this does not look like a supported workflow. When I download the signed document it’s just the original without signatures. It shows the signature activity on the right side and the signatures are there when viewing it on box.com. It just simply downloads the original, unedited version instead. There’s no option to download the edited version which clearly shows from within box.com. You should really make the above a supported workflow. It’s straightforward and makes sense for a lot of people. Unfortunately, it looks like your signature options are useless for me.
In Windows 10, every time I try to drag-and-drop a file from a local directory into Box, I get a Windows Security pop-up that says “These files might be harmful to your computer” and “Your Internet security settings suggest that one or more files may be harmful. Do you want to use it anyway?” I’ve messed around with the “Internet Properties” settings for an hour now and I can’t make this warning go away.
Hi there! I’m an IBM employee and we use our “IBM Verify” service to authenticate our box login. I want to use the iPad app, but after I authenticate my workplace credentials with a passkey, it sends me back to an error message saying “oops we can’t find the page you’re looking for” without logging me in. This is rendering the app unusable for me :( would love any advice!

お世話になっております。以下ご教授いただければ幸いです。 昨日まで使用できていたBOX Driveが翌日不具合が頻発すようになりました。不具合発生から本日で2週間ほど経ちますが、症状が改善しません。 OS:Windows11Proバージョン:24H2 起きている症状を以下に記載します。起きていることは全てBOX Drive内でのことです。・ファイルをBOX内にコピペできない・ファイルをアップロード、ダウンロードできない・ファイルを開くことができない 以下は試したことを記載します。・BOX Webにログインを試しBOX Drive内でダメだったことを試すと、正常に動作・BOX Driveのキャッシュクリア・タスクマネージャのBOXのタスクを全て終了し、アンインストール・再起動し、再インストール・Windowsのサービスに「Box Desktop Service」が無いことを確認・別のユーザでBOX Driveにサインインしたが同じく異常・別のユーザは別のPCでは問題なく動作 以上が、起きていることと試したことになります。 改善策ございましたら、ご教授ください。 よろしくお願いいたします。
I have a business plus account, which supports custom terms of service, but the help article says to contact your customer success manager. I have not yet been assigned or contacted by one. I have no option to contact support other than through posting on this forum.Please advise, and if possible, enable this feature for me. It is an essential part of our use case for Box.
Cannot upgrade account since it says it needs further verification. I also can’t create a help ticket as directed.

Hello!I have had a Keynote shared with me and I need to edit within Box so that it remains collaborative. However when I click “Open” and then “Keynote on the Web”, I get the below response that “an error has occurred while loading this feature”. I don’t know why this is or where to go from here. I have a Basic account, do I need to upgrade? Is it a technical glitch that needs to be fixed within Box? Please gratefully received! Thanks,Ellie

I was on a Box Business trial plan scheduled to expire on January 31.I canceled auto-renew today. On the next screen, I was prompted to downgrade to Free or delete the account.The UI stated that Business features would remain available until the end of the billing period. However, the downgrade was applied immediately and Business features, including file access insights, were removed.I am still within the active billing period and need access to file insights for compliance purposes through January 30.Can Business features be restored for the remainder of the active billing period?
I am subscribed to the Enterprise plan, which should provide unlimited storage. However, when I uploaded files yesterday, I received an error message like “Running out of storage?Your account currently allows you to store up to Unlimited of data. Upgrade your account to get unlimited storage.” Additionally, I checked "Account & Billing," and the usage storage shows a 30.3TB limit. Could you please help me resolve this?
This seems to be a recurring issue based on other posts regarding the same issue. I’ve set up a USAfx account and have previously accessed it. Now, when trying to sign in, it says “unable to log in”. If I hit “reset password”, I never receive an email to do so. This has been going on for over a week. Very frustrating as I have items that need to be pulled before they expire.

Below are the details of the situation: Issue description: 2FA verification code emails are not arriving Box shows the messages as “sent” Spam, junk, and quarantine folders have been checked with no results Troubleshooting already performed on our side: All known Box sending domains and subdomains have been added to the allow list in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online / Defender) A mail flow rule has been created to bypass spam filtering (SCL = -1) for Box-related emails Despite these settings, the messages do not reach Microsoft 365 at all and do not appear in Message Trace Because the messages never reach our mail system, we suspect the recipient address or domain may be on a suppression list on the Box side.
