Can we begin by identifying your current Box version and your Operating System?
We'd love to further assist!
Some of my files aren't syncing between BOX and my computer. I've unsynced and the resynced it and still nothing. It's happening for about 100 files. Windows and its a company box.
Having the same issue and full uninstall and reinstall has done nothing. I see 40 files online in the folder and 4 in my local with no active transfers…
What is going on?
