Hi, I just installed Box Drive Version 2.51.233 on MacOS and would like to know why the folders I select as "not to sync" on the web (app.box.com) are grayed out in Finder? The same applies if I operate directly from the file/folder context menu or from the app's Preferences. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to Box Community, and we’re glad to assist with your sync queries!
The sync and un-sync selection that you can see on folders through Box.com is a Box Sync feature, and you have Box Drive installed in your machine. Even though both can sync files locally please note that they are two different Box for Desktop Applications.
If your Box Drive folder is greyed out, please make sure that your Box Drive Application is running and that you are logged in.
