Hello,
I would like to retrieve a more recent version of a file that was not saved.
Is there any way to do that? There is no cache file on the computer, and nothing in the BOX trash.

Welcome to Box Community, and we’ll assist with your file recovery!
If the newer version was never saved anywhere, Box usually cannot recover it.
What Box can help recover:
- A prior saved version in Box version history
- A deleted file in Trash
If the newer version was never saved version history and in your trash I’m afraid we can’t guarantee file recovery.
