Box would not let me add managed users without paying more

I paid a starter plan for the year for 3 seats. Box would not let me add 2 more without paying more. How do I contact someone able to support?

      In order to discuss your current paid licenses, and how it’s asking you to pay more please contact our Billing team by emailing billing@box.com or you can also submit a case via support.
