Files and Folders Missing

I am in Box every day, but when I went into Box today most of our folders and files were missing. They were all there yesterday.

    I have a similar issue. The website has several missing folders, the drive has inconsistent files disappearing after I view them, and the mobile app has them all but won’t let me open them. Anyone know anything?
