Our user can log in to Box normally but All Files shows completely empty. We have confirmed: - Correct email is used - Permissions are correctly assigned and re-shared - No filters applied - Other accounts can see the folders normally - Clearing cache/cookies, different browsers, different devices all have no effect This appears to match Box known issues regarding corrupted file/folder index for the user. Please run the script to repair the user's account index (storage count / folder map).User email: <personal information removed>
One of our vendors does not seem to have access to edit any folders across the board. They can download files but can’t upload anything either. We are not sure if it is because they are not a US based company/IP. How can we solve this?

Hello, I recently updated my Box account from an individual account to an enterprise account ut my Box storage limit is still showing a limit of 10 GB. A coworker of mine is having the same issue where his account does not seem to have been properly updated, would be great if someone could advise a fix or take a look at our account. Thanks!
I have just logged in to box to get some important files about my rental agreement and noticed that an entire folder is GONE. It was one of my favourite folders so there was a short cut for it, and its just not there.I searched for the folder and it doesn't exist anymore. How can I recover my files, they are really important and I only have them at box (maybe a naive move on my part).
Just want to understand how to delete files that I may not need and close a folder ? Not very intuitive and now trash or easy to see delete function ?

As you can see in this screenshot its just fully gone. The only way to move the file now would be to attempt to copy the whole folder. I don’t need the whole folder I just need the one file. This is very inconvenient, inefficient and just wastes a whole lot of time. How do I fix this issue? (Side note: is there anyway to contact support directly instead of using this absurd community page? They’re quick to get your subscription but once it comes to tech support I can’t contact anyone)
Hi, What are box's supported upload file types? I found a very detail doc on the supported content view file types, but couldn't find one for upload file types where .zip and potentially others are included. Would you help point me to that documentation? Thank you in advance. -isabella
I am unable to upload any files to Box. I contacted my IT team and they didn’t find anything security or with the firewalls to cause a problem. It will go to 100% then the upload will fail. I have tried1. Incognito window login and trial2. clearing cache. as mentioned working with my IT.
I recently renewed my Microsoft Office subscription and now it is not opening in Box.
I cannot change the default address I get a message of error when I try to link the correct email. I’ve tried to see if another box account was made with the new email address. I clicked on reset password entering the new email, but I get nothing in my inbox nor spam folder

I know how to set the listed order of folders and files using the “Name” icon to set ascending or descending listing order of the folders or files. However, the desired order changes and mixes up after viewing a folder or file. Is there any way to prevent this change and avoid having to reset the listing order every time?
