The destination folder pop up, the one that appears when you move or copy a file to another folder, is VERY slow to populate. Is anyone else experiencing this? If so, what’s being done to correct the issue?

Welcome to Box Community, and we’ll assist in regard to your destination folder pop-up while moving/copying folders.
To rule out browser related issue, could follow these preliminary troubleshooting steps:
- Updating your browser to the latest version
- Clearing your browser's cache
- Using Box with an alternate browser, computer, or network.
- Restart your machine

The suggested solutions didn’t provide a resolution. This issues is happening for users in multiple locations (Arizona, Colorado, Oregon and Idaho) and multiple browsers are being used (Chrome and Edge). I don’t think the issue is on our end.
