Need to contact support to upgrade to paid plan, but can't because on free plan

Hello,

I’m in a bit of a catch-22 situation: I’m trying to upgrade from a free Box account because I’m over my storage limit. The checkout flow says: “Your account needs further verification, please submit a ticket at support.box.com,” but when I go to support.box.com I do not see any way to submit a ticket, probably because I’m on the free plan.

Can Box verify my account or enable ticket submission?
