Need to contact support to upgrade to paid plan, but can't because on free plan

Hello,

I’m in a bit of a catch-22 situation: I’m trying to upgrade from a free Box account because I’m over my storage limit. The checkout flow says: “Your account needs further verification, please submit a ticket at support.box.com,” but when I go to support.box.com I do not see any way to submit a ticket, probably because I’m on the free plan.

Can Box verify my account or enable ticket submission?

Upon checking your Box account, it appears that you’ve already upgraded your Box plan. Do you still need help regarding this error?
