I am the account admin and have logged in as the user, searched folders / files as well as their trash. Per the end user the folders disappeared in the last week (or at least that is when it was first observed).
Hello,Somehow, our organization set up two admin accounts. One of these admins owns some of our end users, and the other admin account owns the other end users.How can I transfer ownership of users from one administrator account to a different administrator so that only one admin owns all users?
I'm trying to add people to my enterprise account, but it's telling me all three seats are already in use. When I check the user list—both internal and external—no one is actually listed. I also keep getting errors when trying to invite users manually, or I'm prompted to pay for additional seats even though there shouldn’t be anyone occupying the existing ones.
I signed up for box.com because I thought I would be sharing all my data with my team. One team member has uploaded a lot of data but apparently it is not visible by everyone. We need to all have access to the same data as different departments should be able to post files and then share between themselves. This is a key reason I purchased and have setup multiple users on my plan. How do I solve this and get my team back to work? I am on the business plan. Thanks in advance,

I just created an enterprise account, but I can’t make a payment or access pro features. This prevents me from doing my work or joining my team. I haven't received any response to my support tickets. We’ve been running into ongoing performance and sync issues with SharePoint/OneDrive, mainly due to the size of our project libraries and the number of users syncing across multiple devices. Do Inactive Users count towards the number of Managed Users you can have?
I am new to box.com so I’m learning a lot of this. I would like to establish and setup a box.com account for my client using my company email. If I ensure my domain is verified and my client’s domain is verified, can I switch myself away from admin and pass that status to one of my clients team members? For example My email: [removed by moderator] My client: johnqpublic@example.com If “xyz.com” and “example.com” are both verified can I make the switch or do both domains need to be the same? Ex: Only “xyz.com” can transfer to “xyz.com” or only “example.com” can transfer to “example.com” Also, can I wait to verify the domain until a later date when I will be performing other work on the DNS?
Unable to upgrade from Starter to Business PlanIt has been 4 days now and I’m still waiting to hear back from Sales and Billing. It does not let me do this online. And since I have to upgrade due to storage limitations in Starter plan, we are unable to edit any file on Box.I have called and emailed multiple times with no success, other than it will take 24 hours.Any help in getting this resolved would be helpful. I need to add a user that already has an individual account to be part of our enterprise account. When I try to add that person as a user, it gives an error indicating that they already have an existing account and can’t be added and when I try to save the changes, it says I don’t have permission to add users. I am the owner/admin of our account can add and remove other users that don’t have existing accounts.

I need to restrict access to a folder to a certain group of our employees and not allow the other employees access. How do I do this?
Some users in my organisation are locking files when editing them, this lock is being put on automatically, it is not something the users are doing manually. We are expecting multiple users to be able to edit the file(s) at the same time with co-authoring.Things are setup correctly for co-authoring for other users as this doesn’t happen with them but I can’t see any different in the setup.

I want to change my subscription from a free user to a paid subscription. Does the storage upgrade right away? Will I still have access to all my files right away?
I am the Box Admin for our company and set up new users, folders, etc. on a regular basis...One of our employees somehow became an Unmanaged User...any idea how in the world that happened? I’ve tried migrating him and he swears he hasn’t gotten the email. I’m tempted to delete his account and start over….anybody????I seriously need to know how it happened and if he did something. I can’t get a live agent to help me and I’m at my wits end.
