  • I cannot set a custom subdomain – this needs to be enabled ASAP as it drives the SSO setup

Custom subdomains are not available for any trial accounts. I see that someone from your organization has already reached out to our Billing Team to convert the trial account to live. Please keep an eye out for their response so they can continue assisting you.


To help verify and expedite the process, we recommend replying to the ticket using your admin’s email address to authorize the request.


Additionally, if you need further assistance setting up your custom subdomain after the conversion, feel free to submit a ticket to our Product Support team. For more information about custom subdomains, please visit: Enterprise Settings: Custom Setup Tab.
