Error while transferring ownership

Hello

while trying to transfer ownership of a folder, i get this error

can anyone please help?

      If the error continues, please submit a ticket to Product Support. They may ask for a HAR capture to help identify the root cause and gather additional details about how your browser is interacting with Box.
