I want to upgrade my plan; delete users

I want to upgrade my plan at: <removed personal information>, but I need to change the users from 3 to 1 before I upgrade to a Business Pro account. How do I do this?

Our Business and Enterprise plans require a minimum of 3 seats, as they’re designed to support collaboration within a team. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, as we’re unable to offer fewer seats for these plan levels.


For individuals who only need access for a single user, we offer both the Free Individual and the Personal Pro plan.
