for my org - is there a hard cap on the number of tier 2 folders and Tier 3 folders from a software functionality or tool restriction ?

Can we create 30 Tier 2 folders under our main Tier 1 ?

👋 Hi @Kathykamble, welcome to the Box Community! I’d be happy to help.

There is no hard cap on the number of child items (folders or files) you can create within a folder. However, we recommend keeping direct children not more than 100,000 items for optimal performance. You can certainly have additional content within subfolders.
