社内メンバーがログインできない (My company members can't log in)

弊社メンバーのアカウントが何かしらのステータス異常が発生してログインできなくなっているのでロック解除対応お願いします。

One of our members' accounts has experienced some sort of status abnormality and is now unable to log in, so please unlock it.

The account is currently deactivated due to a billing issue. To confirm whether it’s eligible for reactivation and to prevent it from being permanently deleted, please have the account’s admin contact our Billing team at billing@box.com as soon as possible. They’ll need to reach out using the admin email address so we can verify the request.
