フォルダやファイルの並び替えについて

フォルダやファイル名が意図した並び順にならないが設定が出来ないでしょうか。
※毎回名前を押すのは、正直ストレスを感じる。

やりたい事
00_aaaaa
01_aaaaa
99_aaaaa

実際の並び順
99_aaaaa
01_aaaaa
00_aaaaa
新規作成順でソートしている?
これをユーザー側で設定するにはどうしたら良いか。
プランのアップグレードすれば問題ないのか。
プランは、Individual。
移行期間中の為、移行完了したらBusiness Starterにアップグレード予定です。

      👋 Hi ​@gakky, welcome to the Box Community! Thank you for reaching out. I understand your concern about the file and folder sort order in Box.


      Box supports sorting by Name, Date Modified, and Size by clicking the column header in the file list. If you would like files such as 00_, 01_, and 99_ to appear in that order, please make sure the list is sorted by Name in ascending order. Once this is set, Box saves that preference as your default view, so you should not need to reset it each time.


      Using leading zeros in file names, such as 00_ and 01_, is the correct approach for keeping items in the intended order. If the files still do not appear as expected after sorting by Name, we recommend clearing your browser cache or trying a different browser.


      Please note that upgrading your plan would not change this sorting behavior, as these sorting options are available across Box plans.
