I was exploring Box Automate and noticed the new AI Agents/Automate Builder features shown in the latest Box documentation and community posts (such as Extract Agent, Box Agent, HTTPS Request, advanced workflow builder, etc.).
Currently, I’m unable to see these options in our tenant. Could you please help confirm:
Whether these features are available for our account/plan
If any beta or early-access enablement is required
Whether Box AI / AI Agents can be enabled for our environment
If there are any admin settings or permissions needed to access these workflow capabilities
Our use case is to automate workflows like: File Upload → AI Summary/Extraction → Slack Notification/API Actions.
Please let me know the process to enable or request access for these features.

The Automate builder enhancements, including AI-powered outcomes such as Box Agent and Extract, are generally available, but access depends on your organization’s plan and admin configuration.

Whether these features are available for our account/plan
This is available to your account. Enterprise Advanced customers gain access to the full suite of agentic workflow automation capabilities.
Box Automate is available for Business plans and above, with specific functionality depending on plan level.
If any beta or early-access enablement is required
Early-access enrollment is generally not required for the GA functionality.
Whether Box AI / AI Agents can be enabled for our environment
Your Admin should review the relevant settings in the Admin Console and confirm that Box AI, Automate, and Extract are enabled where applicable.
If there are any admin settings or permissions needed to access these workflow capabilities.
