Hi Community,
I was exploring Box Automate and noticed the new AI Agents/Automate Builder features shown in the latest Box documentation and community posts (such as Extract Agent, Box Agent, HTTPS Request, advanced workflow builder, etc.).
Currently, I’m unable to see these options in our tenant. Could you please help confirm:
- Whether these features are available for our account/plan
- If any beta or early-access enablement is required
- Whether Box AI / AI Agents can be enabled for our environment
- If there are any admin settings or permissions needed to access these workflow capabilities
Our use case is to automate workflows like:
File Upload → AI Summary/Extraction → Slack Notification/API Actions.
Please let me know the process to enable or request access for these features.
