Hi there!I want to run a report to JUST see The owners and co-owners of folders in the Box and the people who have access to those folders and their respective permission levels, not individual documents. When I’ve run previous reports, they’ve been the  very large and unwieldy, making it difficult for someone else in my organization to view.I need an easier way to get a list of owners or permissions at the folder level in Box, without having to sift through a large number of records. What’s the best way to do this?

Hi there! I’m hoping to audit users to ensure that everyone is on Box Drive instead of Box Sync, we’ve been trying to change all our users over to ensure they’re on Box Drive and more up to date!Is there a way they can monitor this or pull a report on this in Box? 

I am new to Box.I singn up as developer user and set up a customized app with OAuth2.0 and JWT authentication.After making project [ box-java-sdk-samples/box-appusers-java-server-sample at master · box/box-java-sdk-samples · GitHub]  run locally,  I created an App User and a folder named Test Folder and a file named test.txt simultaneously.But the created folder and file are not shown in https://app.box.com/folder/0.Why? and how to see the uploaded files in console？

 Something I often go over with end users is how to make our shared links a little bit more secure.So, in this video I’ll demonstrate how you can add a password or an expiry date to your shared links with just a few clicks. I send the public link to specific people. I would like them to be able to comment on a particular upload but recently learned that they are no longer able to do this. Is there a setting for this or are people with the public link no longer able to comment?  Thank you.

I have submitted our new Box App "OneSpan Sign CA" at Aug 20th, and it hasn't been listed in Box App Market, I want to know are there anything I need to do to make the process go ahead.

Hello Box Community - I have recently been apart of a team testing a Docusign integration into Box and we ran into a roadblock. When attempting to configure the integration, we wanted to connect the two platforms with a CoAdmin service account vs our Admin account. We noticed that even with the CoAdmin & Admin account had the same level of access/permissions, Box’s folder structure would not populate when attempting to make the connection on the Docusign side. We ended up manually entering the desired landing spot (ex. “Folder Name/Subfolder Name/Executed Document”) and the executed document routed to the correct folder. Has anyone else successfully integrated DocuSign & Box with a CoAdmin account, and if so, were you able to get Box’s folder structure to populate when creating an automated “action” on the Docusign side? Thank you!Chris 

I am using BOX for Salesforce, and I would like to use the default "Set Template Folder" flow to set up a template.By default, the flow is executed when a record is created, and BOX folders are created for records that do not require them, just like other records.I would like to change this so that the BOX folder is created when the "Create Folder" button is clicked, instead of when the record is created. Hi all, I know many of our healthcare customers love Box for external collaboration for their research teams as Box is both a secure platform for PHI and has advanced collaboration permissioning.With classification labels, Box provides real-time user-facing alerts if someone accidentally tries to share a classified document with an external user, as opposed to other DLP tools that delete the content after it was already shared, and never notifying the user. Working with other universities on research is easy and secure, and integrations with tools Microsoft Office allow users to co-author in real time. I’ve also seen Box used in patient safety and quality departments as a PHI-approved repository for problem investigations and policy/procedure updates. RCAs, incident response proposals, and presentations can be edited and updated directly in Box with tasks and annotation, and then receive sign-off in Box with Box Sign.How else are healthcare organizations using Box? 

As the old adage goes, “communication is key”.Whenever change takes place, ensuring clear and concise communication is shared with all impacted end users is a necessary step in making the process a success. In most situations, end users are not involved in the decision-making journey, but rather told what’s happening at the end and expected to change their behavior. But, none of us easily change our patterns without first buying into the WHY!All effective communications include a short bit about WHY the change is taking place and what benefit the end users will realize from the change being made. It also includes when the change is expected to occur and any actions required (before, during, or after) by the end user themself. And finally, make sure to include information about where users can go with questions - if they’re unable to get support when they need it, chances are good they’ll revert back to their old ways. That’s not what we want!
