I`d appriciate it if you tell me how I can activate “Enterprise plan” for my collegues. I just payed for three users including mine, thinking let my two collegues who have free accounts use as well, but I have no idea to do it. It seems I have successed to get my account upgraded to the plan though.I know this is the very basic question but we all just started using BOX and are not used to it. Please tell me if this isn`t a proper way to asking this kind of question.

We have about 10.000 user sin several regions in the world. We would like to limit admin/co-admin access not only to certain functions but to the data of of their region. EU Admin can only create reports for EU data.China admin can only create reports on China data.Is this possible in BOX?
Enterprise standard edition, HIPAA compliant enviroment. Workflow is external Collaborators are emailing attachments to a folder however, outlook encrypted emails are coming in a *.rpmsg and we can not access the attachment. Seems odd that the email-to-folder workflow wouldn’t work for the most popular email client on the planet. What am I missing?
We currently have standard enterprise licenses. When our external collaborators email an attachment into our incoming file folder. The system also includes the PNGs (like company logos) from the email when all we want is the attachment itself. It appears as though standard relay does not allow for file type filtering so I can’t send all *.png to trash or another folder. There also isn’t a way to create a default filter for all users to minimize the clutter in the incoming folder. Any suggestions or insights would be welcome! Thank you in advance!
I have two users that I cannot add.Already existing user with an individual account using their company email address Another user that is part of another Enterprise account which also won’t let me add them to our Enterprise account

Is there a way to disable the visibility of a specific folder from being able to see the other collaborators having access to a given folder?
Hi,When I went in today, I had 2 users. I changed the name of one user but kept the email address the same. Now it says I have 3 users, but I can only see 3. How do I get rid of the original second user and get back to 2 users on my account?thanks!

Hi guys. I’m trying to evaluate box for a potential customer but am coming up against a few issues. I signed up for free trial but looks like that doesn’t include the ai components because when I try to enable that it says Your company’s agreement with Box does not allow for the use of Box AI. Please contact your Box Account Team or use this link to request access for your company. I’m concerned about support if I do go ahead. Opening a ticket takes 24 hours for a response and there is no local phone number. The pricing seems a bit rough when I can use google drives and they host my email as well in the cost!
I am using Azure AD to manage user groups, and I want to free licenses held by inactive users. Is there a way to automate the freeing of inactive user licenses (delete their account) using built-in functionality without using the API? Thanks
We have an office with only three people, and each person is using Box on the Individual plan. If we switch to the Business plan, can we use the same email address?

Changing ownership of entire folder structures (and content) is done via the ‘Content’ tab in the Admin area of the application.Select the current owner, and drill down to the folder to change - not that you will not be able to do this if ownership is waterfall-inherited from a parent folder - you’ll have to change the parent Select the new owner from the Collaborators list and change their role to ‘owner’You will be warned that the process will remove ownership from the current owner. The process can take some time to complete (which is odd - I’d assume it was just a database update, but there we are).One thing to watch for is that when I tried first time I was presented with an error messageThe new owners account does not have enough space for the transferThis is becuase the default for a new user is to have a storage constraint of 10Gb on their content. You have to edit the user record, and change their allocated storage to a larger value (or just tick the ‘unlimited’ box).
