Opening a folder to my entire organization without adding all organization people individually

At this time, Box does not offer a feature that allows you to share a folder or file with all users automatically. However, you can create a group and manually add all managed users within your Enterprise account. Once the group is set up, you can add it as a collaborator to any folder that should be accessible to everyone.

📝 Note: Only users within your organization (managed users) can be added to Groups. You cannot add external users to your managed Groups.

Alternatively, you can generate a shared link and set the access level to “People in your company.” This allows anyone in your organization to access the folder or file via the link, then choose the appropriate permission level (e.g., “can view and download”) before copying and distributing the link.
