Unable to upgrade from Starter to Business Plan

It has been 4 days now and I’m still waiting to hear back from Sales and Billing. It does not let me do this online. And since I have to upgrade due to storage limitations in Starter plan, we are unable to edit any file on Box.

I have called and emailed multiple times with no success, other than it will take 24 hours.

Any help in getting this resolved would be helpful. Thanks.

I see you’ve just submitted a ticket to our Billing Team - thank you for doing that. While your main concern is the upgrade, it also involves reducing the number of licenses, which must be handled manually. The Billing Team is best equipped to assist with this, and I’ve already escalated your concern for review.
