I want to change my subscription from a free user to a paid subscription. Does the storage upgrade right away? Will I still have access to all my files right away?

Once your account upgrade is successful, your storage will automatically adjust based on the plan you've selected.


As part of the upgrade, your account will transition to a new type (e.g., from personal to business). Please note that your files may not be immediately accessible during this process. There can be a delay of up to 24 hours while your content is being transferred, depending on the volume of files and folders. Rest assured, your content will remain intact.

Don’t know if you can help me with this. But maybe you can direct it to the right person.
The Box icon shows up in my file explorer. When I click on it, I can’t gain access to my files or folders.
