Unable to log in using Azure SSO

Hi!

I just finished the SSO setup with Azure/Entra ID.  But when trying to connect using SSO, I get an Invalid Credentials error.

Can you please help?

I may have solved this, Jey.  I did not realise that I had to create a Box.com user account for every Azure AD user I add.  Adding a user in Box, worked.

Regarding the invalid credentials error, does this occur when you're trying to log in as an admin? How many users are experiencing the same issue?

I am trying to log in as an End User, Jey.  All the provisioned users (5 at the moment) are having the same issue.

When I tested the Sign In from the Entra ID side, it worked fine.  But the same user cannot sign in using the regular taphandles.box.com site.

I was about to ask whether the users already had existing Box accounts matching their Azure AD email addresses. Glad to hear that’s been resolved on your end.
