I just created a box suscription and I would like to add my colleague as co-admin, but it’s not possible I have this error (unable to save your changes, please try again) without any further explnation.

- Does the issue occur when using Box with a different browser, computer, or network, or when accessing Box in Incognito/private mode?
- Is your colleague’s email domain already listed among your claimed domains?
- If not, please add the domain by following the steps outlined here: Domain Management, Verification, and Auto Enrollment
- Once the domain is added, try granting the user with co-admin privileges again.
If the issue still persists, please submit a ticket to our Product Support team and include the affected user’s email address along with a screenshot of the error message.
