I can't login to my account

I can’t login it says the following:“We found an issue with your accountGoing forward, Box will require that your Google account address matches your Box account address.” None of the login paths work - google email isn’t connected to the account and my personal email is giving this error. I can’t even login to contact support. Password reset doesn’t work. At this point I just want to login to delete my account. Could you please help?  Thank you,Jiri

BOX Drive - Authentication issue with SYNOLOGY Cloud Sync

I had a power hit, my SYNOLOGY device running cloud sync dropped the connection to box.  It now fails to re-authenticate - I get the following error.   Windows received an HTTP error message: 403 (Forbidden) from "synooauth.synology.com"   All other devices work just fine and I have double checked credentials and updated all drivers and restarted all devices.

Last access data on all our files and folders

Hello!We’re starting a clean-up exercise on our content, and we’d like to categorize content depending on last access date (content not accessed in last 12 months, 24 months, 5 years).The Files and Folders report includes last modified date but not last access date. Would there be a script we could use to generate the data we need or even better a way to get that through reports? We have 400 TB of content / 120 million files in case that has any bearing on the recommended option.Many thanks!

Password expired can't access the old email

Hello, I would like to require assistance on changing the old email registered for my account, that I just had knowledge once I was logout and my password has expired. But I can’t access the old email because I changed the domain of it. I checked previous topics but they say to require support on it. Thanks, Bianca

Box AI for Hubs; not recognizing content in folders

I have a Hub that I am using as a test content library. I’ve uploaded several files and I uploaded 1 folder with 10 documents in it.When I query box AI in the hub, AI will not recognized files within the folder, only files outside of the folder.  Is this expected behavior?

The effect change field Metadata from String to Float

Because I can’t access to Box Admin change it.Before I have set field type is String and upload file then metadata show right. But I change field from String to Float, it affect to value before? Reporting on version history?

Hello!  Is it possible for me in the admin console to pull a report on all of my documents and how many versions exist? I would love to just see a document name and how many versions exist. I’m trying to get a better understanding of what documents are most leveraged and edited in my organization. Thank you!

My team has received the above error when logging in after 1800 hours after October 10, 2024. Is there a reason we would be receiving this error? How do we avoid the error?   The dayshift supervisors are not getting the error before 1800 hours. LMR

Box/NetSuite Integration

We’re having an intermittent issue with the integration between user’s Box accounts an NetSuite. “There was an issue with the Box SuiteApp. Please refresh and try again. If the problem persists...” None of us are sure why it’s happening because it happens so randomly.

Prevent Folder from being Moved/Deleted for all users

Hi everyone, We’ve explored options to be able to prevent any user (even co-owners) from accidentally Moving or Deleting certain critical root folders within Box. Right now the only option I have found is to use the Folder Lock endpoint via the Box API, however this is not very accessible to non-developers and we need our business users to be able to enable and remove these locks as needed. Has anyone found a way to manage these Folder Locks in a more user friendly way via the Box UI? Thanks!

Box Reporting - ONLY folders and permission levels and owners.

Hi there!I want to run a report to JUST see The owners and co-owners of folders in the Box and the people who have access to those folders and their respective permission levels, not individual documents. When I’ve run previous reports, they’ve been the  very large and unwieldy, making it difficult for someone else in my organization to view.I need an easier way to get a list of owners or permissions at the folder level in Box, without having to sift through a large number of records. What’s the best way to do this?
