Would be great to see metrics on how adopted our Hubs are. How many visits, which box users are visiting, how long each visit is, etc. Is this on the roadmap?  

Box File Request gives you a fast and secure way to request and obtain files, plus associated metadata, from anyone. Watch this video to learn more about Box File Request:  ✍ Notes: You must have a Box Business Plan account or higher to build a File Request form.  However, no one needs a Box account to access the finished form and upload content. An external collaborator cannot create file request links, even if the collaborator is a co-owner or editor of the content.

Hello everyone,I have problems about the effect change field metadata from String to Float. I have just investigate and guess result. Because I can’t access to Box Admin change it.Before I have set field type is String and upload file then metadata show right. But I change field from String to Float, it affect to value before? And I can change field type on metadata?Thank you very much! I hope that I will see answer soon.

Hello!  Is it possible for me in the admin console to pull a report on all of my documents and how many versions exist? I would love to just see a document name and how many versions exist. I’m trying to get a better understanding of what documents are most leveraged and edited in my organization. Thank you!

My team has received the above error when logging in after 1800 hours after October 10, 2024. Is there a reason we would be receiving this error? How do we avoid the error?   The dayshift supervisors are not getting the error before 1800 hours. LMR

We’re having an intermittent issue with the integration between user’s Box accounts an NetSuite. “There was an issue with the Box SuiteApp. Please refresh and try again. If the problem persists...” None of us are sure why it’s happening because it happens so randomly. 

When I try to use Box AI to query content in a Box Hub, I get the message:“This content is currently unavailable for AI. Please check back later.”

Hi everyone, We’ve explored options to be able to prevent any user (even co-owners) from accidentally Moving or Deleting certain critical root folders within Box. Right now the only option I have found is to use the Folder Lock endpoint via the Box API, however this is not very accessible to non-developers and we need our business users to be able to enable and remove these locks as needed. Has anyone found a way to manage these Folder Locks in a more user friendly way via the Box UI? Thanks!

Since it might be challenging to educate all users on using the Web UI, it could be easier to deploy only Box Drive. Would that work?

Hi there!I want to run a report to JUST see The owners and co-owners of folders in the Box and the people who have access to those folders and their respective permission levels, not individual documents. When I’ve run previous reports, they’ve been the  very large and unwieldy, making it difficult for someone else in my organization to view.I need an easier way to get a list of owners or permissions at the folder level in Box, without having to sift through a large number of records. Hi there! I’m hoping to audit users to ensure that everyone is on Box Drive instead of Box Sync, we’ve been trying to change all our users over to ensure they’re on Box Drive and more up to date!Is there a way they can monitor this or pull a report on this in Box? 

I am new to Box.I singn up as developer user and set up a customized app with OAuth2.0 and JWT authentication.After making project [ box-java-sdk-samples/box-appusers-java-server-sample at master · box/box-java-sdk-samples · GitHub]  run locally,  I created an App User and a folder named Test Folder and a file named test.txt simultaneously.But the created folder and file are not shown in https://app.box.com/folder/0.Why? and how to see the uploaded files in console？
