When I try to sign on with my correct email address of <personal information redacted> I receive the message telling me it is an incorrect email address. I think I must have put in the wrong email address when setting up account. I think i put in <personal information redacted>. How do i correct?

When a new user signs up for Box, a verification email is automatically sent to the email address entered during registration. If the email address was misspelled, we’re unable to manually correct it for security reasons. Also, to update the email address online, the user must log in and verify the change themselves.


If the email registered to Box cannot be accessed due to a typo, the best solution is to sign up again using the correct email address.


Upon checking, you’ve successfully signed up for Box with the correct email, and your account has been confirmed. If you’re still experiencing issues signing in, please let us know. 😊
