I am trying to make a user a co-admin in our Box sandbox and I am getting an error about Domains for email addresses. I then tried to add our domain and got an error to contact support. Please help.

Due to Box’s zero trust enhancements, we now require every Admin to have a verified domain. In line with this enhancement, one cannot become a primary admin or co-admin without their email domain being claimed/verified.
To make user a co-admin, please make sure that your admin's domain is verified. Please follow the steps outlined in this link: Domain Management, Verification, and Auto Enrollment.
Once the domain is claimed please proceed with adding co-admin to your Sandbox. You can check Granting And Modifying Co-Admin Permissions to learn more.
If you're still encountering an error when assigning a co-admin after verifying the domain, please submit a ticket to our Product Support team for further investigation. Thank you! 😊
