Last year there was a functionaliy BoxUtils that was able to generate such report.
Is show all names and to which files they have access to and what type of access. This eliminates the need to access folder by folder to see this which is not efficient.
Does anyone know how to run such report?

It sounds like you may be referring to the collaborations report. This report shows the folder owner, the collaborators, and their permissions across all collaborated files.
Please reach out to your admin to confirm whether you have access to run reports or to request that they run it for you.
