Need help resetting SSO and starting over

After setting up SSO with google workspace, I get this error: 

403. That’s an error.

 

Error: app_not_configured_for_user

Service is not configured for this user.

 

I removed the app on google, but i am unable to remove the sso on box and start over.  it says it needs another cert.  I understand this is for safety, but I am able to login with my admin account without sso straight to box.  can someone help?

This issue will require further troubleshooting from our Product Support team, as they may need to review or update your SSO configuration. I see that you’ve already reached out and have an open support ticket. Thank you for taking that step!
