Is there a way of adding the folder description to all the files inside.
Or is there a way of selecting ALL files in a folder to have the same description.
I need all my files to have the same description, however I have 100’s.
It is taking a long time to copy, paste then click next as they are all large images.

At the moment, Box doesn’t support adding descriptions to multiple files or folders at once. You can only update them individually. I usually ☑ select each file one at a time then paste the copied description without previewing, which helps the data load a little faster.
This may still feel limiting depending on your needs. I encourage you to submit a feature request through Box Pulse. Our Product Team actively reviews user feedback and uses it to guide future improvements, so this is the best way to highlight the need for such a feature.
