I have 3 seats, but adding a new person will bill me for 4 seats??

Hi Box -

I just purchased a year of the Business plan, which includes 3 seats.

Since I just purchased this, the plan shows just 1 user -- me.

But when I try to add another user, it says I will get charged for a 4th seat.

 

This doesn’t seem right.

How can I add a user to one of the remaining 2 seats that are included in my plan?

    Also note that this person already has a [free] account in box. So I’d like to add them to the Business account that I just purchased.
