I have been a video that is 15 hours long. I can only view the first 10 hours and then it stops. How can I view the rest of it?

The issue you’re experiencing is due to a current limitation with video previewing on Box. While video files can be up to 3.5 hours long, previews or streaming may encounter issues once a video exceeds 2.5 hours. This is outlined in our Introducing Box Preview article.
