BOXでデータを共有していたのですが、相手が辞めてしまったみたいで

データが無くなって見れなくなった。

データをダウンロードする方法はありますか？

 

I was sharing data on Box, but it seems the other person has left the company, and the data has disappeared and can no longer be viewed.

If the person who shared the content has left the company and deleted their Box user account or removed you from the collaboration, you will no longer have access to the files.
However, if the company that shared the content has a Box Business or Enterprise plan, those files may have been transferred to another user within the organization, so you can ask whether the new content owner can share the files with you.

コンテンツを共有されていた方が退職され、Box ユーザーアカウントが削除されたなどの場合、それらコンテンツへはアクセスができなくなります。
但し、コンテンツを保有している組織が法人向け Box プランをご利用されていた場合は、組織内の別のユーザーにコンテンツの所有権が引き継がれている可能性があります。そのため、新しいコンテンツの所有者がいるようであれば、改めてファイルを共有することが可能かをご確認いただければと存じます。
