We recently created a sandbox environment to perform some tests. I’m not able to see the Classification tab in the sandbox - even though we have this setup in our Prod environment. Looks like we need to enable Box Shield but I don’t see the option to do this in the sandbox either.
Anyone with knowledge on how to get Classification setup in sandbox for testing?

I’m updating my response to avoid any confusion, apologies for that. Internally, I’ve confirmed that the Classifications feature needs to be enabled by our engineers on the Sandbox environment. I’ll follow up shortly once we hear back from the team on how to proceed with enabling this.
In the meantime, when setting up features in your production environment, have you tried syncing it with your sandbox? This ensures the same add‑ons and features can be used.
