Cloud Sync Synology to BOX timed out

We have an older Synology NAS connected to a BOX account. We are trying to use the same BOX account to connect on the newer Synology NAS. The connection keeps timing out when trying to connect to BOX service through Cloud Sync.

Does BOX account only allow one connection through CloudSync?
