My program manager has sent me an invitation to share his folders on BOX. Also an associate has shared some files in another folder for another effort. Last week I was able to get access to the associate's folder however I was not able to get access to my Program manager's. I couldn't set up a second box account based on my email address associated with my PM’s invitation. I tried using both email addresses my PM associates me with.

You can’t create multiple Box accounts with the same email, so use the exact address your Program Manager invited. Log in with your existing Box account and accept the invite, or ask your PM to resend it to the email tied to your active Box account.
