Hello,When I try to install Box Drive on my old Macbook Air, I get the following message  Please help. I have a MacBook air, 13-inch from early 2014, Mac OS Big Sur version 11.7.10. My processor is i7. 

is it just me or does everyone else that has problems with box get no support and a complete unwillingness to pick up the phone and call me like I have asked repeatedly.  2 weeks into a loss of 2 months of files and Box appears to not have a care in the world and is just happy to email back and forth with hours or days between responses when a phone call could hopefully help.  Beyond disappointed.  

Please, I would like my account canceled immediately and to lose all access to all features as soon as possible. I woke up today to a huge declined charge on my card (540 dollars) after my 14day trial expired. I completely forgot about my trial expiring and being charged this amount until I was notified today by Box. Within a few minutes, I took steps to immediately cancel my chargeIf I could get in touch with a real agent to have this charge removed and my account terminated as soon as possible I would be extremely grateful, as there is no way that I will be able to pay this balance. Thank you.

Good Afternoon,  Our staff have been indicating that spell check is no longer available via box. Is there a way to change that? Please advise 

I received an invitation to access a file.  Can’t access file as it says that authenticator app setup is required and presents a button to “set up.”However, when I click “set up” it tells me that its already enabled.I need access to these files ASAP.  Help.

I want to allow a customer who is not a collaborator upload a banking form (so I need encryption) to a box folder that is upload only and they can't see anything else in it.  Does box have this functionality?

I've been receiving collaboration invite emails from my team for several folders, but every time I click accept, the folders never show up in my Box account. I don't get notifications that I have pending actions of any sort, and my team has tried several times to resend the collaboration invite. Can you please help?

I have a small Personal Free account for records storage for a group that I belong to. I need to transfer ownership to another person to maintain the file history of this organization after I fully retire and have someone else take over from me. I currently access the files through my personal email and password for posting the files to storage and share all the files for our group to access by listing the share code for them on our website. It is an online history for this small organization and keeps the paperwork requirements to a minimum.

Box said it couldn’t open and to send in logs. I sent in the logs and it tells me to create a support case on the forums. It mentions open files and that it will close them. I had just logged onto my computer and didn’t have open files. I’m not sure if the problem still exists.

Hi There,I have noticed that Owners, Co-owners, Editors and Viewr uploader can dowload the file as it is even if it’s watermaked in the preview. However, all this collaborators can do some sort of editing to the files.Even if the Owner lock the file, they are allowed to unlock it which is quite bizarre. I need to have a way to allow collaborators to download watermaked files in the original extension (e.g. docx without any watermark) for traceability reasons, but at the same time I do not want them to have the permission to unlock/edit/delete/move etc the files. Is there an option to do that?Thanks!

I have got two people who can not get the auto save feature to work on BOX. Also, when they do try to save, box is trying to create a new document with the file name e.g. BSS%20PAT%20Testing%20Information%20-%20Kitchen%20Area Normally I would be looking into if anyone else was using the files at the same time but I can confirm this is not the case. I have also copied the files to another folder and can get the same error with the new file in the new folder. Does anyone know what might be causing Auto Save and the manual save to fail?

Every time I open an Adobe PDF in Box, I get an email letting me know that I just opened an Adobe PDF in Box.  This is a minor inconvenience, but an increasingly annoying inconvenience.  I do not need an email telling I opened a document each time I open a document (just like I don’t need an email letting me know I just tied my shoes every time I tie my shoes).This only happens when I open a PDF - I don’t receive such emails with all other documents I have in Box.A search reviews that in order to stop this, unclick the box under Integrated App Notifications.  The problem is that Adobe is not showing up in my Integrated App Notifications.  Any suggestions here?

Hi my Box drive says its full even though it is not full. Because of that, I can’t move, delete, add any file from and to it. I tried to delete files in Box.com clouds for that, but the bin was not able to be cleaned up because of “other operation” on these file that I don’t know. 

I am trying to verify my email and when I click the link … not even 30 seconds after it is sent it says it is expired.  I have done this 3x already so sending a new link doesn’t help.  How can I fix this to verify my account and get my presentation?  Thank you!

I recently deleted a folder with a lot of files and folders. I downloaded them all as a zip folder beforehand so I thought it was okay to delete them but now it says my zip folder is invalid so I need help restoring everything I deleted.Please help.

We had a folder owner leave the company so I transferred ownership but files did not transfer.

Re-authenticated the Box connection in Power Automate. Confirmed that my Box account has full permissions (Editor) on the target folder. Verified that I can create folders and upload files directly in the Box web interface

I received a file of drawings from a colleague of mine and to open them i was asked to enter my bank details for a 14 day free trial. Upon entering my details i was still unable to access my desired drawings due to an error in the app, hence leading to me believing the free trial did not work and did not start. I have not used the box app or entered it once since the incident and i have now been charged £500 for a subscription i did not know i had signed up for due to your app being faulty. I have spoken to my bank and the transaction is still pending meaning with your authorisation the transaction can be cancelled. Please help me and provide this authorisation. This is said message from my bank : I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience Vitalie,I can confirm that the transaction in question is currently pending (a pending transaction is a payment that has been authorised but is still waiting for the merchant's confirmation or reversal) and the merchant has until 21 Oct 2025

I am getting a processing error when trying to open an account to access a file that a customer shared with me.     

MacOSIs it possible to see a list of all my currently synced folders and their status in a single place? I am working with a database that encompasses several tens of terabytes of data organised into a few thousand folders/sub directories on multiple levels. It is not practical to sync/unsync them one by one.
