Is there a way to hide some or all the user names via groups, box shield or otherwise for a single or multiple folders?  I leverage box to collaborate on creative projects between “external” and “internal” users, however I want to keep my “internal” reviewers/users identity private and hidden from my “external” collaborators. Is there a way to hide their names and details or both users names and details who have access to files? 

I need to automate sending an approval task to several users (10 to 15 individuals) based on some criteria. The individual users will not be consistent, and I would rather not have to update the list of users in every flow manually after every change in employment. Can I add a group name into the Assignee(s) field in the flow? Are there any formatting or structural requirements to properly reference a group in this field?

Is there anyone noticing smart/curly quotes in Box Notes? I don’t like them, and I’ve ensured it’s not being caused by my OS or web browser, but they are now appearing in my Box Notes if I manually type a single or double quote.

I am using BOX with a personal account. I cannot use a credit card, so please tell me how to pay for BOX usage fees by bank transfer or other means.

Hello--title says it all. Trying to figure out what my largest files are in my organization’s entire Box account. Is there a way to sort so that I can see my largest files at the top?

I just downloaded the Box app for my MacBook. However, after completing the installation and trying to log in, when redirected to the browser for login, the app remains stuck and does not log in.What is the solution to this issue? to be honest, it’s annoying.

Hi, I cannot log in. Always states invalid captcha, even though there is no captcha. I reset my password successfully, but it always states the same thing.

In most of the Box Relay demos, I’ve seen the happy path where a file is moved forward along as everyone agrees with the document. Is there a way to Reject a document and notify the originator and send the document back to an existing folder? I don’t immediately see a way to do this. Is there a standard template that addresses this?

I recently switched from Box Sync to Box Drive and find the way it handles trash frustrating. With Box Sync, deleted files went to the local Mac trash, allowing easy recovery. But with Box Drive, deletions are permanent and don’t appear in the Mac trash. I’m worried about accidentally losing files. Is there a way to restore Box Sync’s trash behavior with Box Drive?

For at least a week neither I nor my coworker have been able to upload any files to the Box. We have tried large and small files and get the same error. It looks like it uploads to 100%, then spins for a few minutes before saying there was an issue and to try again.We can still download, though. Is anyone else having these issues. I’ve tried this on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge with three different computers and get the same result each time.

Our division have started using box relay for application, circulating a document for approval. I have set a file request so that users can drag and drop their document  and then automatically proceed the flow.I struggled one thing: if users drag and drop the multiple document, they don’t move together and approver receive multiple e-mail.Is there any way to move together all the documents (link function or something)  

 I was looking forward to the above update of “Announcing Box AI extract agents - 1. Extract agents in UI Preview,” which was released yesterday.  However, I couldn't find this update in the UI Preview of any document.It seems that the "Metadata" menu on the right side remains unchanged from before the update.  If anyone knows where this update has been applied, I would appreciate your help.Thanks!

I want to turn off emailing notices of Box comments at the Folder level. In other words, I want to use Box comments and I want collaborators to use comments too. But I do not want the Box comments to be sent by email notifications. I know how to turn off Box comments for myself, but I want to control all comments on this specific folder. Thank you for your help, Kathy

I would like to store the local data in the PC to BOX cloud.and also it generates backup data at PC and store the BOX cloud.1. it is possible or not?2. please tell me how to setup.3.Do I need to prepare by myself? 

I can see the file statistics but the downloaded csv report for that file statistics contains only the headers: Date, User Name, User Email, Action, Affected, Details. There are no statistics displayed in the .csv file report that would show the activity on that file. I can see the statistics but when I download them as a report, it is blank.
