Anyone have step by step instructions on how to send an approval task from the phone? I’ve tried working with my IT team and they can’t figure it out. But I see online that there is a way to do it.

When an employee within my company with whom we shared multiple Box folders at various levels leaves our company, can we just remove him as a collaborator altogether within our account, with one click? Or do we need to search out all folders shared with him and remove him from each individually?

It is quite time-consuming for our team to manually check the “By checking this box you:” checkbox and click the “Accept & Continue” button for every document that requires a Box Signature within our organization. Would it be possible to integrate this agreement into the “Sign & Finish” button? As seen below Adobe Acrobat Sign does not have these additional mouse clicks -- when the user clicks “Submit” you are agreeing to the disclosures.

Is there a way to hide some or all the user names via groups, box shield or otherwise for a single or multiple folders?  I leverage box to collaborate on creative projects between “external” and “internal” users, however I want to keep my “internal” reviewers/users identity private and hidden from my “external” collaborators. Is there a way to hide their names and details or both users names and details who have access to files?

I need to automate sending an approval task to several users (10 to 15 individuals) based on some criteria. The individual users will not be consistent, and I would rather not have to update the list of users in every flow manually after every change in employment. Can I add a group name into the Assignee(s) field in the flow? Are there any formatting or structural requirements to properly reference a group in this field?

Is there anyone noticing smart/curly quotes in Box Notes? I don’t like them, and I’ve ensured it’s not being caused by my OS or web browser, but they are now appearing in my Box Notes if I manually type a single or double quote.

I am using BOX with a personal account. I cannot use a credit card, so please tell me how to pay for BOX usage fees by bank transfer or other means.

Hello--title says it all. Trying to figure out what my largest files are in my organization’s entire Box account. Is there a way to sort so that I can see my largest files at the top?

Hi, what do you use as a Box Tools alternative for Linux (I use fedora) to work from LibreOffice on a word document shared on Box?Thank you!

Hi,I am moving to a different company who also uses box. My account of box will be deactivated as I will not longer get access to the email. Is there a way to transfer all the files and folders in my previous company to my account of the new company? Thank you!

I cannot access to the folder which was invited by another user.I asked him to invite me three times, but I could not see the folder. Please tell me how to fix it.

アカウント設定→アカウント→認証にある「パスワードを作成」から設定をすると「パスワードの変更中に問題が発生しました。」というエラーが出て設定ができません。解決方法を教えてください。

I and some staff in company received an email this year from boxteam@customer.box.com asking me to verify my email preferences. Could you please confirm whether this email is legitimate and if I need to take any action to verify my preferences? Thank you for your assistance.

The default home page of the Box web app is your All Files page, which can be sorted by name, updated date, or size, but what if you want more control over how your home page is organized? You can create your own list of Favorites, or create multiple lists, known as Collections, and use either as your default home page. I personally find having my home page set to Favorites as a huge time saver because I can pin my most used folders and files there for easy access, which cuts down on time spent navigating or searching.First, to add a file or folder to Favorites or a Collection, hover over it, click the star-in-a-box icon, and choose where you want to add it. More details and screenshots can be found on Box’s support site here: Using Collections.Once your lists of Favorites or other Collections have been created, go to your Account Settings by clicking on your avatar or initials in the top right corner of the web app, and select ‘Account Settings’ from the drop-down menu. In the top sect

I just downloaded the Box app for my MacBook. However, after completing the installation and trying to log in, when redirected to the browser for login, the app remains stuck and does not log in.What is the solution to this issue? to be honest, it’s annoying.

Hi, I cannot log in. Always states invalid captcha, even though there is no captcha. I reset my password successfully, but it always states the same thing.

In most of the Box Relay demos, I’ve seen the happy path where a file is moved forward along as everyone agrees with the document. Is there a way to Reject a document and notify the originator and send the document back to an existing folder? I don’t immediately see a way to do this. Is there a standard template that addresses this?

I recently switched from Box Sync to Box Drive and find the way it handles trash frustrating. With Box Sync, deleted files went to the local Mac trash, allowing easy recovery. But with Box Drive, deletions are permanent and don’t appear in the Mac trash. I’m worried about accidentally losing files. Is there a way to restore Box Sync’s trash behavior with Box Drive?

For at least a week neither I nor my coworker have been able to upload any files to the Box. We have tried large and small files and get the same error. It looks like it uploads to 100%, then spins for a few minutes before saying there was an issue and to try again. We can still download, though. Is anyone else having these issues. I’ve tried this on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge with three different computers and get the same result each time.

Hello,Is the feature “Box AI” included in Business plan for Non-Profit organization? Thanks,

Our division have started using box relay for application, circulating a document for approval. I have set a file request so that users can drag and drop their document  and then automatically proceed the flow.I struggled one thing: if users drag and drop the multiple document, they don’t move together and approver receive multiple e-mail.Is there any way to move together all the documents (link function or something)

I was looking forward to the above update of “Announcing Box AI extract agents - 1. Extract agents in UI Preview,” which was released yesterday.  However, I couldn't find this update in the UI Preview of any document. It seems that the "Metadata" menu on the right side remains unchanged from before the update.  If anyone knows where this update has been applied, I would appreciate your help. Thanks!

I want to turn off emailing notices of Box comments at the Folder level. In other words, I want to use Box comments and I want collaborators to use comments too. But I do not want the Box comments to be sent by email notifications. I know how to turn off Box comments for myself, but I want to control all comments on this specific folder. Thank you for your help, Kathy
