THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING! I must have access to my files, no payment method worked.

Upon checking, the account associated with your email doesn’t show any blocks that would prevent you from accessing your files. Also, a free account does not require a payment method.


To help us investigate further, could you kindly provide the following details:

  • The exact error message you encountered.
    If you're able to provide a screenshot, please ensure it doesn’t include any personal information before sharing it in a public forum.

  • Are you looking to upgrade your account, which would require entering payment information?

  • Or, are you referring to a different Box account linked to another email that you’re having trouble accessing due to payment-related issues?
