Dear Box Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I heard during a user training that Box imposes a limit of 1 PB (petabyte) per user (owner). However, I could not find any mention of such a per‑user limit in the publicly available documentation.

Could you please confirm the following:

  • Is there a maximum storage allocation of 1 PB per user (owner) in Box?
  • If such a limit exists, could you kindly share the official documentation or specification that details this restriction?

Thank you very much for your assistance.

👋 Hi @a-k, welcome to the Box Community!

We currently do not have public documentation available for scale guidelines.

For a more detailed discussion around recommended limits and strategic approaches to maintaining optimal Box performance, I recommend reaching out to your organization’s Box Account Team. You may also check with them if possible to request for NDA to access the guidelines.

I've sent you a message containing their contact details for your reference.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. 😊
